Eurocruiser Caravan Warranty
At Eurocruiser, we design and manufacture high-quality caravans and fifth wheel units built for durability, comfort, and long-term touring. To give owners peace of mind, every Eurocruiser caravan is supplied with a comprehensive warranty covering key structural components of the vehicle.
This warranty provides protection against manufacturing defects in the body shell and ensures that owners can enjoy their caravan with confidence. Full details of the Eurocruiser warranty, including coverage periods, servicing requirements, and exclusions, are outlined below.
All illustrations and descriptions in this handbook are intended to provide a general overview of the caravan. Due to market and supply changes, as well as our policy of continuous product development, Eurocruiser reserves the right to alter specifications without prior notice.
Please note that dealers are not agents of Eurocruiser and cannot bind the manufacturer by any express or implied undertaking or representation.
Warranty Overview
Unless a separate warranty package has been purchased, your caravan is supplied with a Return to Base Warranty. This means any warranty work must be completed at an authorised Eurocruiser service centre.
The warranty covers specific structural elements of the caravan body and provides reassurance that any manufacturing defects will be repaired or replaced at Eurocruiser’s discretion, subject to the terms and conditions outlined in this document.
Body Shell Warranty
Eurocruiser will repair or replace, at its discretion, any manufacturing defects in the caravan body shell for a period of six years from the original purchase or hire purchase date.
This warranty applies to the structural integrity of the caravan body and is subject to the conditions, exclusions, and servicing requirements listed below.
Extended Body Shell Warranty (First Owner Only)
For the original registered owner, Eurocruiser provides an extended body shell warranty of up to 10 years from the purchase or hire purchase date.
This extended warranty applies only to the first registered owner of the caravan and is non-transferable if the vehicle is sold.
